Are there single day tickets?

How do I purchase tickets?

If I can't go to all three days, can I share my 3-Day General Admission ticket/wristband with someone else? If I have two 3-Day General Admission tickets/wristbands, can I take someone different each day with me?
No. You will be given one wristband per 3-Day General Admission ticket. The 3-Day General Admission wristband must be used by the same person for the duration of the festival weekend. These 3-Day tickets/wristbands are not transferable or shareable between people and days.
I accidentally damaged or lost my wristband, what should I do?
Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed for accessing the TC Summer Jam. 
Is it just an eTicket I am receiving or is it a wristband?
  • Your eTicket will be delivered by June 15th. This eTicket will have a QR code. You (or your pre-designated attendee) will use the QR code along with a photo ID to obtain your wristband(s) and appropriate credentials for entry into the festival. QR codes can be used directly from your smart phone or printed.
  • The day of the event, you will be physically receiving a wristband. Wristbands are used for all forms of concert entry (GA, Reserved Lawn, VIP) and campground access.  21+ wristbands will be provided at the designated ID check area.
Do I need to purchase a camping pass if I am only attending for one day?
If you want to access the campgrounds, you must have a 3-day festival ticket with camping access. If you currently have a single day ticket and want to go into the campgrounds, you will need to upgrade to a 3-day ticket and purchase camp access. Single day ticket holders are not allowed into the campgrounds.

Coming and Going?
As long as you keep your wristbands on and vehicle passes attached, you are allowed to come and go as you please. If you forget something in the car, you’ll be able to run out and grab it with no problem re-entering. Even if you need to take your vehicle out of the grounds, you won’t have a problem if you have the full-weekend premium parking pass or the campsite vehicle pass properly attached to the windshield. Please remember: all stickers and wristbands are non-transferable.

What is the best time to arrive?
Gates open at 2pm Thursday and 1pm Friday and Saturday. You should plan to arrive early to be on the safe side. Please be prepared to obey all signage and staff; failure to do so will result in significant delays. No-one has time for delays. 
What time does the festival end?
Main stage curfew each night is 11PM
Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted on the website a few days in advance of the festival.

The following items are ALLOWED at TC Summer Jam:
  • Umbrellas (Note: personal umbrellas are allowed, but must be taken down during performances)
  • Strollers (Note: only if for an infant or toddler)
  • Disposable Cameras
  • Small Camera (No Professional Grade Cameras and Video Equipment)
  • Small Bag, Cinch Bag, or Purse
The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into TC Summer Jam:
  • Camelback style hydration packs
  • Picnic Baskets
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Cans or glass bottles
  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Firearms
  • Knives
  • Weapons or objects that could be used as weapons
  • Fireworks
  • Professional grade cameras or video equipment
  • Recording devices
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • “Selfie Sticks”
  • Banners or flags on poles
  • Laser Pointers
  • Skateboards or skates
  • Wagons
  • Kites
  • Hula-Hoops

Is TC Summer Jam Accessible (ADA)
Yes! TC Summer Jam is a fully accessible event, and we are continually improving to ensure you have access to all of the festival’s amenities. Please visit our ADA page for more detailed information and feel free to email us with any accessibility-related questions you may have; we will do our best to accommodate you as best we can.
Is TC Summer Jam All Ages?
Yes, TC Summer Jam is all ages. Concert attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

**In the campgrounds everyone must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring a chair into General Admission?
Yes, you can bring a lawn chair into GA. 
How do I bring my medical prescription into the festival?
ALL prescriptions must be in properly labeled containers that match the holder’s ID (No pillboxes!)
Do you accept credit Cards?
  • Food and beverage vendors will only accept tickets (Exception, Gold VIP will have a cash/credit card bar)
  • Merchandise vendors accept credit card and cash
Are there ATM's onsite?
Inside the concert bowl as well as inside Canterbury
What are the Security Policies at the Gate?
Just as with all other major venues and stadiums, all visitors, volunteers and employees should be prepared to comply with security screening requirements.

All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering TC Summer Jam grounds.

  • Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle or at home to expedite your entry into the festival grounds. Items NOT ALLOWED at TC Summer Jam CANNOT be checked in (See list below).
  • ANY bags you bring into the festival WILL be checked!!! (Purses, backpacks, diaper bags, lawn chair bags, etc.)
  • Any illegal items, or weapons (knives, firearms, objects that could be used as weapons), etc., confiscated by security, will be handed over to Shakopee Police Department.
  • TC Summer Jam is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.


I am a member of the media, how do I make arrangements for a media pass?

I am a photographer [for a magazine, for an online publication, for yourself], how do I make arrangements for a photo pass?
Photo passes will be distributed at the discretion of TC Summer Jam and cannot be specifically requested as part of your press application. We will provide syndicated photos from our on-site photographers for use. Please reach out to our Director of Operations,
Can I sell my products in the parking lot, camping area or venue?
No. If you do not have vending approval from the festival organizers, your items will be surrendered / confiscated.
Are you hiring workers, volunteers, photographers/video people, etc. for TC Summer Jam?
No. But thanks for checking. If we change our minds or something opens up, we will post about it. 
Can I distribute flyers or promotional items inside the venue? How about outside?
What is the camera policy for TC Summer Jam festival goers?
Small cameras and cell phones are welcome. Professional camera’s (camera’s with detachable lenses), video cameras, drones and any other type of professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited. The equipment will be confiscated, and the user will be removed from the TC Summer Jam properties without a refund.
